Lil’ Divas DanceWear:
- Lil' Divas Dancewear, when purchased through the website only may be exchanged under the guidelines below.
- SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- Please note: If purchasing dancewear through social media, pop ups, VIP groups or other select sales, FINAL SALE applies to all purchases in order to offer select promo pricing through these channels. No returns, no exchanges.
- Dance wear purchased on the website may be exchanged if in original condition and must comply with the following conditions: The items must not have been worn, laundered, altered or damaged. Items that have makeup, deodorant, hairspray, or any other personal hygiene stains, marks, or blemishes may not be exchanged. All original tags must be attached to the item. The original sales receipt must accompany the exchanged item. Items to be exchanged must be shipped back within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the original shipment. The customer must pay for the shipping of the item to our office; and shipping fees for the new, exchanged item.
- Applicable restocking and re-shipping fees will be charged to the same credit card that was used for the original transaction.
- Due to the custom nature of our business, items that have been produced, designed or customized in any way by DivaWear are not eligible be returned or exchanged.
